SANDGATE RENOVATION

A traditional 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom high-set home that was renovated and extended to provide 4 bedrooms, 1 media room, 3 bathrooms, and spectacular ocean views! 

This client originally came to us with plans already drawn up from a previous designer in hopes that we could update them for building certification and construction.

However, listening to the client’s needs, it was clear that the current design was not even close to his visions or dreams. 

The new design took into consideration cross ventilation, privacy zoning, building orientation, and other key design factors to make the spaces work together harmoniously.

This home now maximises the ocean views that are directly across the road, and exudes that resort-style living feel.
